Supervisors pay nothing, ever
No account, no password, no seat to buy. They open a link and confirm a batch, and their copy of your log arrives by email for their records. Charging the person doing you a favor would be a strange way to run this.

What happens if you stop paying
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked away. Every week you have logged stays visible, and you can export the whole record at any time, free, forever. What a plan buys is recording new weeks, the supervisor review link and the NYSED forms.
Cancelling
The yearly plan: in Account, with “Manage or cancel subscription”, whenever you like; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. You get 30 days free before anyone asks for a card — if that does not convince you, do not pay us.
