How we check facts
If the board says something different, the board is right.
Every rule in the app and in the guides comes from the licensing board’s own sources, is dated, and is corrected the day we find it wrong. Here is how.
Official sources only
We read the licensing board’s own pages, its regulations and statutes, its forms and its published answers, and the exam owners’ handbooks. Not forums, not other companies’ summaries, not what someone remembers.
Every guide lists the sources it rests on, linked, so you can read them yourself.
A ledger behind every rule
Every number the app uses, from an hours total to a supervision rule, has a row in our source ledger: the page or regulation it comes from, the words it quotes, and the day it was read. The rule data the app runs on names its row. No source, no rule.
Dated, and checked again
Each guide shows the day its sources were last checked. When a board changes a page, a form or a fee, we read it again and update the date.
When a law changes on a set date, as California’s does on January 1, 2027, both versions are kept with their dates, and each week is counted under the rule in force that week.
Where the board hasn’t said
We say so at that spot, plainly, and suggest asking the board. Where the sources leave a choice open, the app takes the safer reading and says why. We never present a guess as a rule.
Corrections the same day
If you find something wrong, tell us. We check it against the source and correct it the same day we confirm it.
The board has the last word
We are independent and not affiliated with any licensing board or exam owner. The board decides every application; the app never says an hour is accepted. If the board says something different from us, the board is right.
